Our Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) forms the foundation for how we manage Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at JCM, and responsibility for ensuring its integration into the work that we do is allocated across all levels of our business and across various processes of the project lifecycle.

The ESMS is made up of a range of policies, plans, procedures and tools, all of which are linked to the greatest possible extent to other business systems and procedures.

Practical application of the ESMS has enabled the avoidance of sensitive receptors and the incorporation of environmental and social considerations into the development and design of our projects.

Following the development of the ESMS, we have proceeded internally with the development of bespoke Health and Safety, Environmental & Social, Labor (HSESL) systems for each one of our projects. These tailor-made systems consider additional requirements for each project, such as adherence with relevant local regulatory requirements, the local cultural setting etc.
